The conference registration fee covers attendance to the main conference, workshops, conference proceedings, a conference t-shirt, one banquet ticket, and information on how to take advantage of a special discounted First Year Introductory Offer to join ACM. Cancellation and Refund Policy
All refund and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email or fax) no later than Friday, March 20, 2009 to qualify for a refund less a $50.00 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after March 20, 2009. Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment within 60 days after the close of the conference. No-shows will be charged the full conference registration fee.
Substitutions are allowed at no charge, but must be made by March 20, 2009.
For other nights, the negotiated hotel room rate at the Marriott Downtown Waterfront is now $149+tax/night. The conference rate is available until March 10th as long as rooms are available. If you have any difficulty making reservations, please contact Ewa at tapia@cteusa.com. After March 10th, reservations will be accepted based on hotel availability and the conference rate may not be guaranteed.

Airport
The Portland International Airport (PDX) is 9 miles from the hotel.
Driving to the Hotel
Take Airport Way East to I-205 South. Then take I-84 West to the City Center (City Center/Oregon City) exit, continue to follow signs to City Center. Cross Morrison Bridge and take Naito Parkway Exit and turn right. Hotel is 1/2 mile on right. Northbound on I-5: Take City Center/Naito Parkway Exit. Go through 2 stoplights; hotel is directly on right.
Note: This is a shared ride. Waiting times at the airport can be up to 45minutes. Additionally, it will take 20-25 minutes to reach the hotel, depending on traffic. For the return trip from the hotel to the airport, you will be asked to schedule transportation 2 ½ hours before your return flight.
