Corey E. Baker, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor in the Computer Science department at the University of Kentucky. Dr. Baker’s research interests are in opportunistic wireless communication for the Internet of Things (IoT), smart cities, smart homes, and mobile health environments. Dr. Baker was a recipient of the University of California President’s Postdoctoral Fellowship and GEM Ph.D Fellowship. He received a B.S. degree in Computer Engineering from San Jose State University, a M.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) from California State University, Los Angeles, and Ph.D. degree in ECE from the University of Florida.
