Raoul Ouedraogo is a senior engineer at MIT Lincoln Laboratory. He received a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Southern Illinois University, a M.Sc. and a Ph.D. in EE from Michigan State University. He has been with the Laboratory since 2011. He has published dozens of papers and given technical talks focused on his interest areas (radars, small antennas, metamaterials, reconfigurable devices, microfluidics, topology optimization, RF and IR energy harvesting). Dr. Ouedraogo is currently serving as Chair of the IEEE Antennas & Propagations Society for the Boston Chapter and as the publications chair on the IEEE International Phased Array Symposium committee.
