Bill Kindred is an HR manager at MIT Lincoln Laboratory. He is responsible for leading the development and implementation of programs that contribute to a more inclusive work environment, increasing outreach efforts amongst underrepresented populations, and building collaborative efforts with external organizations. Bill has been a key advocate in creating and sustaining eight employee resource groups, managing the Laboratory’s Affirmative Action Program and enhancing its diversity recruiting activities. Bill is a military veteran and a graduate of multiple leadership and training programs. He holds an MBA from MIT, an MS from Villanova and a BS from the University of Colorado.
