Rosalia Gomez is a researcher and manager of the Education & Outreach group at the Texas Advanced Computing Center, where she develops programs that expand public understanding and appreciation of the value of high performance computing and career opportunities in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Gomez leads the XSEDE student program which provides computational research experiences for diverse undergraduate and graduate students. Previously, Rosalia worked as the director of MEDPEP at UCLA School of Medicine, and at Cerritos College. Gomez holds a master’s in Urban Planning from UCLA and bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of La Verne.
