Christopher J. Ware graduated from the University of Delaware in the Class of 2016. He received a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Sciences. He is a member of the Association for Computing Machinery and actively involved with ACCESS Computing and DO-It. (Disabilities, Opportunities, Internetworking and Technology.
Christopher has worked on several STEM projects with members who have various disabilities, both visible and unseen. He is a proponent of accessibility for all individuals who desire to benefit from technology. Some of these projects include working on Project Aditum, a medical dataset and accessible API for the City of Philadelphia’s Department of HIV Planning. He also studied abroad and performed research at the University of Dundee in Scotland with Annalu Waller, Chair of Human Communication Technologies at Dundee’s School of Computing and one of the world’s leading experts in AAC.
