Caroline Cunningham is currently the Director of University Relations and Diversity Programs at GE Digital where she has been since early 2016. Just prior to coming to GE she was the Team Leader, Enterprise Hiring for Chevron Corporation where she was responsible for U.S university recruiting and enterprise intern programs. Caroline was with Chevron since 2007 where she worked in several similar progressive roles throughout Recruiting Shared Services, University Affairs and Enterprise Hiring. Prior to joining Chevron, she spent six years at Johnson & Johnson in pharmaceutical manufacturing where she managed both university and experienced hiring. She has nearly 20 years of recruiting experience and has worked in a variety of industries including oil and gas, healthcare, consumer distribution and non-profit services.
Caroline is an active member of NACE (National Association of Colleges and Employers) and is currently serving a two-year term on the board of directors as an Employer Director. Over the past ten years she has participated on and led numerous committees and was the co-chair for the 2015 National Conference. She has presented at several national and regional conferences and events on a variety of topics related to recruiting and talent acquisition. She holds a bachelor’s degree in theater arts from Occidental College and both a PHR (Professional in Human Resources) and SHRM-CPC Certification.
